In 2000 Flow-Matic, Inc. established the guaranteed response emergency services line for our customers.

Any customer or on-site contractor simply calls 770-995-4922 at any time of the day or night, follows the simple instructions, and they will receive a call back from one of our technical representatives.

This service is designed to help customers find solutions at critical times, minimizing operational downtime. Most times we can either solve problems immediately or find a temporary fix while on the initial call. While we cannot solve all problems on the phone or in person, we are committed to beginning the work necessary to keep our customers running and to provide a long-term solution.

THIS IS PROVIDED TO OUR CUSTOMERS AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. There is never a charge for any phone discussion regardless of the time of day or night. We do not charge higher prices for weekend production and/or delivery of product.

As necessary, we will travel to the site to provide "hands on" assistance, advice and training.

Our goal is to become an extension of our customers' organization they can depend on to provide solutions they can trust.
